Your retention department, on autopilot.

Retenzo is AI software that runs player retention for iGaming operators. It sits on top of the CRM you already use, decides who gets which offer and when, acts inside a policy you approve, and proves the extra profit against a control group.

The problem

You paid for the player. Then they left.

Small and mid-size operators spend most of their budget on acquisition and very little on what happens after the first deposit. The money leaks out quietly, every day.

No one

owns retention

There's no retention team, or one person doing five jobs. Nobody looks at who stopped playing yesterday, so nobody acts until it's too late.

Tools

sit half-used

Many operators already pay for a CRM like Smartico or Optimove. Without experts to run it every day, it sends a few generic campaigns and little else.

Bonuses

go to the wrong players

Generic offers go to everyone, including players who would have deposited anyway. Margin disappears, and no one can say what actually worked.

What makes us different

Not another CRM. The team that runs it.

CRM tools give you software and expect your people to operate it. Retenzo replaces the work of the retention team, not your tools, and is judged on the money it brings back.

A CRM tool gives you
  • Software, training and a support desk
  • Your team decides who to contact, when and with what
  • Your team builds, launches and fixes every campaign
  • Reports on opens, clicks and sends
  • Results depend on who you managed to hire

Smartico, Optimove, Fast Track and others are good tools. They still need a team.

Retenzo gives you
  • A system that runs retention every day, nights and weekends
  • It decides whom to contact, when, with which offer and why
  • It acts through the CRM you already pay for
  • Incremental profit against a control group, after bonus cost
  • Hard limits for budget, consent and responsible gambling

We don't replace your CRM. We make it work: more of the right campaigns, through your system.

How it works

Retenzo decides who and when. Your CRM delivers.

One decision brain on top of the systems you already have. Every cycle, the same four steps.

STEP 1

Read

Player activity, deposits, bonuses, consents and responsible-gambling blocks, from your CRM or platform.

  • Access you issue, revoke any time
  • No development on your side
STEP 2

Decide

Models score every player. Playbooks turn the scores into actions with an audience, an offer, a cost and an expected return.

  • Reasons in plain words
  • Control group set aside
STEP 3

Approve

The approver is a person or a policy. At the start, our expert approves every action. Later, routine actions run inside your policy.

  • Snapshot of exactly what was approved
  • Instant stop, any time
STEP 4

Execute & measure

Your CRM sends from campaigns set up once. Retenzo pulls player-level results and compares them with the control group.

  • Incremental net revenue
  • Every result improves the next decision
From approval to autopilot

Autonomy is earned, one action type at a time.

Retenzo moves from approving every action to approving a policy. The move happens per operator and per action type, only when the numbers say it's safe.

Level 1 · Managed onboarding

Approval per action

The AI analyses, decides and prepares. A Retenzo retention expert reviews and approves every campaign before it runs. We learn your business and measure the hours.

The humanApproves every campaign
Level 2 · Controlled automation

Automation within limits

You approve a policy once: campaign types, templates, audiences, budget and bonus caps, frequency and channels. Actions inside it go out without individual approval.

The humanHandles exceptions only
Level 3 · Autonomous

Retention that runs itself

Retenzo analyses, creates, executes, measures and improves inside a fixed permission framework, with monitoring, a full audit log and an instant stop.

The humanSets goals, policy and sensitive calls
Never automatedContacting a self-excluded or at-risk player, sending without fresh consent, new bonus mechanics or new marketing copy without human approval.

Responsible gambling

Protection is a gate, not a filter.

Before every action, a fresh check of consent, self-exclusion, eligibility and limits. If information is missing or stale, Retenzo does not send.

Blocked

No marketing at all

Self-excluded, cooling off, over limits, or showing signs of harm. Excluded automatically and flagged to the operator.

Limited

No value-increasing offers

Medium risk: no deposit matches or pressure. Only neutral, low-value contact is allowed.

Clear

Eligible for playbooks

Still capped by frequency limits and quiet hours, and re-checked just before every send.

FAQ

Questions operators ask us.

Do I need a retention team to use Retenzo?

No. That's the point. During onboarding our expert approves every action. After that, routine actions run inside the policy you approved, and your side handles only exceptions.

We already use Smartico or Optimove. Is this a replacement?

No. Retenzo works on top of your CRM. It decides who goes into which audience and when; your CRM sends from campaigns set up once. You get far more out of the tool you already pay for.

We're on a white label platform without a CRM. Can we use it?

Yes, with a minimal Retenzo operations layer: templates, audiences, scheduling, frequency caps and suppression lists, sent through your messaging provider. CRM connectors come first; platform connectors follow.

How do you know a campaign actually worked?

Every action holds out a random control group at player level. We report the difference in net revenue between the two groups, after bonus and messaging costs.

What stops the AI from overspending?

A budget ledger per operator. Bonus and budget caps are enforced by Retenzo, not just displayed. Anything outside the policy waits for a person.

How do you handle responsible gambling?

A hard rules engine overrides the AI. Self-excluded and at-risk players are excluded from all marketing and flagged to you, and consent and blocks are re-checked just before every send.

Where is our data, and who owns it?

You own your data and the access. We act as a processor on your behalf under a data processing agreement, with client isolation, encryption and least-privilege access.

How long until we see results?

First recommendations within days of connecting. Small operators need several weeks for a statistically clear uplift, so we agree leading indicators up front, like repeat deposits and return to activity.

How it works

One decision brain. Your existing systems.

Retenzo reads from the systems you have, decides what to do, gets approval from a person or a policy, executes through your CRM and measures the result.

The working pattern

Retenzo decides who and when. The CRM delivers how.

We don't need your CRM to let us build campaigns from scratch. We only need to write an audience and stop it. That keeps every connection simple and robust.

Playbooks

The know-how of a senior retention manager, built in.

Each playbook defines who qualifies, which offers are allowed, when to act and how success is measured. The AI chooses within them. It never invents bonus terms.

The AI

Real models, not a chatbot in a dashboard.

Machine learning for predictions, a learning algorithm for offers, and a language model for words.

Churn risk

Gradient-boosted trees

The probability that an active player stops depositing in the next 14 days, recalculated every cycle, with the top reasons for each player.

Predicted value

Regression + cold start

Expected net deposits over the next 30 days, so offer size always matches what a player is worth.

Offer and timing learning

Contextual bandit

Tries, measures and shifts toward the offer, channel and hour that work best for each kind of player.

Rules engine

Hard rules, overrides AI

Consent, exclusions, responsible gambling, jurisdiction rules, budget, frequency and bonus abuse control.

Explanations and copy

Language model

Reasons in plain words, the morning briefing and weekly learning notes. New copy always goes to a person first.

What runs on its own

Autonomy in decisions first. New content later.

Gambling advertising rules are strict, and an error in copy or bonus terms is a compliance incident. So the AI decides whom, when and which approved template. People own anything new.

Stop any operator, campaign or action type in one click.

A retry after a failure never sends twice. An unclear outcome stops and goes to a person.

Every decision, data source, approval, execution and result, immutable.

Control group

What we stand on

Three things a CRM add-on can't copy easily.

CRM vendors are adding AI. That's good for operators. Our edge isn't "having AI"; it's what we're accountable for.

01

Accountability for results

We report incremental net revenue against a control group, after bonus costs. Not opens, not clicks, not "campaigns sent".

02

Safety in the engine

Bonus abuse controls, budget caps and responsible gambling sit in a rules engine that overrides the AI. Nothing goes out without a fresh check.

03

One brain across systems

The same decision layer runs on Smartico, Optimove and platforms with no CRM at all, so an operator group can run every brand the same way.

What it could mean for you

Put in your numbers.

A simple estimate of the extra net revenue from keeping some of the players you lose each month. Every input is yours; the defaults are examples, not results.

End of the tour

That was one day of retention, run by Retenzo.

Every number here is fictional. The next step is to run it on real data: a pilot with an operator on Smartico or Optimove, an expert approving every action, and results against a control group.

About

We're building the retention team small operators can't hire.

Big operators have CRM departments, analysts and campaign managers. Most small and mid-size operators have one marketer and a CRM tool nobody has time to use. We started Retenzo to give them the same results without the headcount.

What we believe

Four rules we build by.

01

Judge us on money, not activity

Incremental net revenue against a control group, after bonus cost. If we can't measure it, we don't claim it.

02

Autonomy is earned

We start with a person approving every action and automate only what has proven safe, per operator and per action type.

03

Protection comes before persuasion

A drop in activity is not always an invitation to win a player back. At-risk players are protected, never targeted.

04

Work with the stack, not against it

We make the CRM an operator already pays for work harder, instead of asking them to rip it out.

For investors

Autonomous retention software for iGaming.

Retenzo is building an AI-based retention department that runs on top of the operator’s existing systems. At first an expert approves every action; later, routine actions run inside approved policy, subject to proven feasibility. Measured on incremental profit.

The business

Software margins, earned step by step.

SaaS

A monthly subscription per operator

Priced by operator size, subject to commercial validation. A performance component only once uplift is measured reliably.

15–20

Operators per expert: a target

An operating target once routine actions run inside policy. Expert hours and cost to serve are measured in the pilot.

1 per CRM

Reusable connector infrastructure

Planned: one framework per system, adapted to each client’s data and permissions. Setup time and cost are measured in the pilot.

Why this gets big

Four levers to a venture-scale company, all within gaming.

The first operators prove the product. These are what turn it into a large business.

100 operators

$3.6–6M ARR at the planned price

At a planned $3–5K a month, before costs. A scenario, not a forecast. Operator groups with several brands count many times over.

Pay for results

Performance pricing

Control groups could support pricing on a share of measured incremental NGR, once uplift is proven reliably.

Learning

An engine that improves from results

Every measured outcome improves the next decision. Insights across clients only where permissions, contracts and data protection allow.

Reach

Wider reach within gaming

More CRMs, platforms without a CRM, multi-brand groups and new regulated markets. We stay focused on gaming until the product is proven.
